Our menu caters to all cuisine including steak, seafood, pasta and pub fare while being sensitive to vegan and vegetarian offerings. Gluten free options are available.
From beers brewed on site to wines from around the world, to hand crafted spirits made with the freshest of ingredients, 12welve will focus on the true meaning of date night, get togethers with friends and special celebrations featuring live music select weekends.
CHEF SHRINY RAJ
Joining the Bollocks Pub & Kitchen in 2014 as Executive Chef he quickly crafted his talent and passion at their first location located in Pickering, ON. While there, he personally oversaw the development of the kitchen and menu in early 2016 of their second location in Whitby, ON, as Corporate Executive Chef, Bollocks Pub Group. Now in 2019 he takes his talents and mentoring to new heights here at the highly talked about 12welve Bistro & Tapwerks located in the Brock Street Brewing Company building in downtown Whitby, ON.
Chef Shriny Raj, born in France, he is a self spurred proficient with 16 years of involvement in dealing with the culinary operation with skill information of world foods, gaining practical experience in both fine dining and specialty banqueting operations. Leading a team of 20 through leadership and innovation, Chef Shriny is eager to leverage the abundant bounty of local & sustainable ingredients, plant-based foods, fresh seafood, pasta and the freshest of local / international meats into his culinary art.
Chef Shriny describes his culinary style as one without borders, always evolving and incorporating international influences. He believes great cuisine involves two simple ingredients: top quality products with flawless technique.

Traditional Irish Red
Darker than most conventional red beers, our Irish Red uses dark roasted malts and earthy English hops has flavours or rich caramel and a creamy finish. Gold Medal Winner - Ontario Brewing Awards. Best Dark Ale.
Lagered Amber Ale
Our premium Amber Ale lagers for and extra 2 weeks to ensure an extra clean, smooth finish. Mild caramel notes with medium body. Silver Medal Winner - Canadian Brewing Awards. Best Amber Ale.
The Munich Lager (Bock)
This delicious Munich Dunkel has a frothy cream coloured head, provides caramel on the nose and finishes with molasses cookies, and hints bittersweet chocolate. Silver Medal Winner - Canadian Brewing Awards. Best Bock.
